17 In stock
Remarks: Chilatherina fasciata display a great diversity of color patterns depending on catch location. They are found throughout New Guinea, with populations separated by various blockages, such as waterfalls or dried sections of the river. The Kali Biru location has a bright orange stripe from the nose to the first dorsal fin. They were collected in a lake that contained clear water, with a pH around 7.8 and a fairly low conductivity. The original eggs for this strain were sourced from Gary Lange.
