Remarks: The Striped Goby Cichlid is small, aggressive, and territorial. They should be kept with other Tanganyikan fish that have a similar temperament.  They inhabit shallow sandy areas with a lot of rocks where they will dig large pits. The main diet of Eretmodus cyanostictus is algae and vegetation. Once this fish forms a mated pair, they will stay together for life.
